Nescafe 3x1 – Vanilla Launching Nescafé’s new 3x1 Vanilla flavor came with an unexpected challenge, research showed that vanilla wasn’t considered “too special.” We made our problem the solution! Embracing vanilla as the safest choice! We built on Nescafé’s existing platform as “the Egyptian student’s coffee” and leaned into a universal student truth: university is already full of tough choices—so why make coffee one of them? Our concept: “Uni is already full of tough choices. Make coffee an easy one.”☕ To introduce the Vanilla flavor, we created a jingle that captured every student’s daily struggle, choosing a major, student activities, career paths… endless decisions, endless confusion. But at the end of the song? One thing they all agree on, Nescafé With a relatable, catchy approach, we turned “plain old vanilla” into the obvious, no-brainer choice.
